PROBLEMS with Family Travel
There is a major problem if you booked and paid for reservations for all of your family members, and had to obtain more than one confirmation code, because only six people can be on a confirmation code. In the Alaska Airlines app you can only see one of the reservations. You have to navigate to another screen and know the confirmation codes of the other reservations in order to check in, and even after you check in, you can't see those confirmation codes or your boarding pass.

Intrusive notifications
App ignores notification settings and puts banners on lock screen even with all notifications turned off. Very annoying.

A little slow to update with being able to check in and generating the boarding pass, but I enjoy using it.

Easy to use - but have one issue
I find the app well done and I enjoy using it. I really love that it supports Apple Pay. My only suggestion is to improve how to go back when navigating a booking. The cancel button on the upper left is too easily confused with closing the current page and it cancels the whole booking. I suggest a back button on the upper left would help.

This app screws with you
App would not let me purchase tickets so logged back in and the price for the same flight was now $50.00 more. Felt like getting mugged but in my own home in a chair.

It would help if it showed the gate number for the flight SOMEWHERE within the app. I've gone through checkin and have my boarding pass but the gate number is blank. Adding my flight to Google Wallet shows a gate number. How come wallet shows it and your own app doesn't? Other than that it's a pretty good app.

App Not as capable as the website
The Alaska app doesn't have all the same capabilities as the website does. It doesn't allow us to use our wallet funds when paying for flights booked using the app.
