Account Deleted For No Reason
I had no problem with it until I opened it up today, told me I had to login again, and discovered my account wasn't there. 6 years worth of data gone, not to mention that I still had time on my subscription left that was also gone. Just keep that in mind before giving them your money.

Actually good, and I would also like to give 5 stars. But one thing annoys me immensely, I always have to completely unlock my smartphone (I just hike with smartphone!). Another well-known app with the initial letters Ko... Has solved this much better, on the lock screen the complete map and operation of the app is displayed during navigation.... This makes hiking fun. I have already searched in settings if you can set something like this, but I have not found anywhere

Previously this app information has always been free, recently I am seeing a charge for using it. I have utilized ARGIS for Department of Forestry which is free for everyone and a paid for with public funds.

AllTrails Pro is NOT Worth it!!!
I had AllTrails Pro for two years, and I did not renew this year. The only good Pro feature is downloading maps. The 3D renderings are pointless and give little new knowledge. The ability to print maps is useless because I can do this online for free. The search by distance feature is nice but very limited, and could be super useful if it had more user-focused capabilities. You can only search between 0-60 miles from your CURRENT location. Having a larger distance capability and more defined increments would be helpful. I like to plan future trips in advance, so being able to change the epicenter of the search by distance feature to my hotel in another state would be very helpful, but it's limited to where I am now. The wrong turn alert always comes late. I have walked half a mile before my phone alerts me. All in, I think the AllTrails Pro Features are not worth the cost and do not function at the level they should for the cost. Beneficial new features are rarely added, and the social functions could also make this a fun app but are not present. Having on-site regional professionals review and categorize trails would also be helpful, given some inexperienced users may give bad or incorrect advice for trails. I think this app could be amazing if enough work was put into it, with actual features catered to hikers new and experienced.

Disappointed
Over 2300 kilometres hiking logged over the last 4 years…and now it's all gone. NOT impressed. Alltrails booted me out and when I logged back in everything says zero. Thinking I will never use Alltrails again.

Cannot log in after multiple attempts and resetting password. Am able to login on the website

Always stops tracking a hike. If you start it and put your phone in your pocket, it invariably is paused when you take it out. This happens over and over again. It's useless for tracking. It's just a GPS map that shows your position. The interface is flawed.

Still a garbage app. I gave it another chance to get it right. And it takes me 8hr drive away when I know I can go to my own back yard. So What ever. Hope you do get people killed or lost.
