I can't access my account to say that my documents are wrong being that it's a lie, I can't reoccupy the money I had put in my wallet. I contact you by phone and chat and only tell to open another request, but DO NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND DO NOT RETURN MY MONEY, I will have to seek justice!!!

The service has dropped a lot, unfortunately I do not use anymore, I'm having problems with payment for months, refusing even card from the company that I use for services such as transporting functions to objects, and does not accept even the corporate card, and in my last attempts I loaded with credit USER_PHONE_NUMBERpay, and i could not use it, so I want my money back and I will uninstall since the use made impossible. And it's Uber who wins that hasn't denied me the use.

Driver cancels race and we leave in the damage having to take shelter not to take rain. It's disappointing. If the passenger cancels, pays "fine", if the driver cancels nothing happens.

It's leaving a lot to be desired, because drivers leave their passengers in hand, had a very urgent commitment and ended up losing by irresponsibility of a negligent driver, I hope the app does something to improve.

The app is good but the drivers are charging the most and in question of the cancellation fee I was 8 minutes waiting 1 car picked up and canceled without I'm in the car and had to pay fee . (I have cancellation print)

App full of fine print for everything, deceives the user at all times with fake promotions, fake cashbacks and fake coupons. They exist but are full of very small letters and conditions that are not worth it even for 1 second.
