Absolutely garbage. If a person born at 1960 how many times you expect user to click screen to choose DOB? Make year selectable... Yet, finally I entered all information it told me activation failed! Totally garbage

I tried to download app says sending activation 20 minutes nothing!! Called the PHONE_REMOVED waiting on line now 30 minutes …. NO ANSWER They say available 24-7 that's bull

Takes forever to load. Always starts off by saying "An error occurred. Loading configs." Takes long time to refresh tabs and sometimes I just give up.

Awful, unintuitive, and useless. I can't even log in to this app. I've been going on circles with this "magic link" login. There's also no website sign-in.

Ridiculously Not Helpful
This app is pointless. It seems to have removed everything that was helpful to me. I primarily used it for like a digital card and to check my deductible (even though there was a delay with updated). Today I went to look, and the button I usually press for that was gone. When I contacted support, they said the record was saying my plan doesn't start until March 1st. Very false. It started on January 1st, and I've used the features of the app with this new plan, and only with this plan have I used this app. Utterly ridiculous. I had a delay getting that stuff in the beginning too. I don't understand why this app was even recommended by the company liaison. I will be trying the actual insurance company's app, or using browser. I definitely don't trust this app at this point.

Had a virtual therapy session scheduled a month out and I was no called no showed. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Map of local providers is cruddy with no selection. Got this app via my employer and I'm deleting it.

Terrible AI App. Not even remotely user friendly.
The app could not find me or my employer's information. Very frustrating when I was at the doctor's office trying to get a copy of my insurance card. I was sold on how “easy” the app is to use. I tried several times to access my information, but kept getting errors. The app then sent me to customer service for assistance. After being on hold for 30 minutes I simply gave up. Very disappointed. What a waste.
