The app needs better pictures of the rooms and hotel. It is very difficult to make a selección because of lack of pictures. Expedia is better!

Third time I've "tried" using this app with a reservation. It never works. Hilton literally emails me each time I have a reservation, prompting me to check in and pick a room, and I fall for it each time. The app never works. Not for keyless entry, check in, etc

Depends on the hotel type. I don't care for Embassy suites their food court is down below and you can smell food and hear breakfast crowd... The food is mediocre...

Digital key never works with Pixel 7. I have tried uninstalling, clearing app data, you name it and the digital key never works. I have allowed all permissions. It's very aggravating because I use to have an iPhone and it worked perfectly on that. I hate that I have to stop by the front desk still just to get a key.

App is easy to use but there isnt an option or default that system will trigger email notification when you book hotel room via app. So currently i have a 9 nights of overseas which i stayed back in Dec 2022 is now ghostly "disappeared" in the app. Not able to retrieve any information to customer service because the app didnt trigger email confirmation to trace back. If customer service couldnt search at their end. Then i have overly estimated this app
