Seriously?
I don't know how it has 4.4. I wanted to use it to buy something at Lowe's. I gave them access to my PayPal and camera. After closing pop ups and the app locking up all I could look at was kitchen cabinets no matter what I clicked on. I regret giving them access to my information and decided to pay full price.

Not very user friendly per day
The app itself seems very cool but when I accident it hit only use on this website when setting it up. There was not an option to change it to use it on every website. I doubt it's the apps fault it's just very frustrating, that I'm not able to change it.

Can’t redeem points
Points accrual works but redemption doesn't. All attempts to resolve with support ignored

This app used to be good, now it supplies hardly any savings for anything and the saving they do have don't tend to work most of the time. It maybe works once every 20 times of looking for different savings on different sites.

Exclusive Offers Missing
I have only been using the app for 2 days and today the exclusive offers/bonus cash back sections are missing the cash back badges/info. For example it should say $30 cash back (exclusive offer) but now none of the products in this section that PayPal/Honey marked as exclusive offers shows the offers associated with them.

Terrible!!!
I have used this app for a number of years and have never had issues until this last year when PayPal became involved. You can no longer redeem your points. Customer service will NOT email back!! If you try the live chat they will respond until you ask how to redeem your points. Once you say anything about the points they completely stop responding.

Bonus Exclusive Offers Disappeared Again
Here we go again. I know I have more than 10 hours left to use the bonus/exclusive offer that I had saved in my drop list… I was ready to make a purchase but the exclusive offers have now disappeared again. Even in the section that says bonus/exclusive offers the products show, but the cashback amounts that show up in the badges are gone on every single product. And if I browse the app or site, all of the bonus exclusive offers are missing not just what is saved by me or what is in the featured section.
