Doesn't matter if it's the beginning of the month halfway through the month. This app seems to know when it is the worst time to tell me I have reached my collective limit. Honestly I think this is probably the least reliable entertainment app I've ever used. I want to rent a movie I can't. I try again the next day and I still can't check out a book, movie whatnot nope.... I have actually tried to rent movies like a week straight day after day. Fix this issue

Even though you can borrow and download books to your phone, if you do not have internet access, you cannot log in to your account and thereby access the books that are in your phone!!!!

Borrowing limit
Why can we only borrow 10 books per month?

I love the app, especially many books available. I hope you can change the limit of 10 books per month. I listen a lot and it's so frustrated when I'm in the middle of the series and have to wait until next month. I already returned the book, but cannot borrow more because of this limit. If you can change the limit of borrow maximum of 10 books as a time (not 10 books per month), then it would be perfect.

enjoy hoopla very much, however the app on the t.v stopped working and only buffers. Tried deleting and reinstalling.

I like it because there's no hold wait time and you get to keep them for 21 days. I don't like that you can only check out 6 a month. And even if you open something to see who is narrating it and you return it immediately because you don't like their voice it counts as a book against you. I don't like that they don't let you play a sample of books or music.

I like that this app is also available to stream on Roku. I can listen to audiobooks, view movies and even che ck out items on the app. I don't like the monthly limit for checkout. As long as items are returned, it shouldn't make a difference how many are checked out each month. Why would you discourage use of the app? For this reason, I generally prefer Libby or Cloud Library.
