The app is smooth and easy to use, but locking the reporting of other forms of income behind a paywall is evil.

Garbage app but nice return
This app is freaking garbage. Frequently crashed and was super buggy / got stuck on screens forever. But the actual return was better than TurboTax. So you trade bad user experience for a better return.

Difficult to navigate to add unemployment 1099g and self employed. Said I made too much money to get eic. But I only made $21,000 plus I had a dependant.

Never Loads
Every time I got to start up the app it never loads up to the main screen I always have to restart the app then when it decides to load I'll sign in then it takes a long time to load to the next screen…. Most of the time it says the app had a lil hiccup

Great, but missing landscape view
Overall, this app worked flawlessly. I'm always braced for random errors and glitches anytime I file my taxes using an app. This year it went off without a hitch. The only speed bump I ran into was that the app wouldn't rotate to landscape view on my iPad. I use that by default and it's especially helpful when filing taxes, because in landscape it's much easier to use multiple windows, in Split View or slide over. Those are very handy features when referring to tax documents. I hope landscape view is added in a future app update.
