Deposit disappeared! IBKR provided me with a Polish bank account (same as my residency) to transfer funds to, and i did so. Later on, they claim i should have sent the funds to another account of theirs and not the Polish one, and also mentioned they will reject and return the original fund to me. It's been several days and the support team has not provided any concrete update, nor helped return the money back to me. Maybe a decent broker, but the deposit experience is truly a nightmare

The use of app is very frustrating. I have it set up correctly and I am certainly not a beginner. The app disconnects, freezes, and is not reliable. Can't the people at IB fix these issues? The brokerage is good and I have no problems with the platform. The app, however, has its problems.

Although there was a video interview, you blocked my account, causing me financial losses. If you don't unlock my account as soon as possible, I will have to sue you and ask for compensation.

Absolutely a junk. Lack of setting options. You can't change the Time zone on the chart. Chat indicators colour can't change

One of the most buggy apps I have ever tried. It took a couple of hours to open an account, then to wire some money to activate it. The money was never received (I think they lost it). I tried to email the customer support, never got an answer. I lost hope. 3 months later I try again: I can't retrieve neither my username or my password without calling the support, despite referring to my passport. Honestly, it was just terrible from A to Z. Lack of professionalism and/or lack of tech?
