2 times they have come back with denying my referral reward for me and my referral saying the device registered already had another account. Neither person has ever used Ibotta! I have sent several messages. If I get a satisfactory resolution, I will adjust my review to reflect it.

This app appears to be a fraud. I have NEVER been able to cash out....why? They literally make it impossible. I have been lied to multiple times by customer support so I didn't get my invite cash and even though I spend hundreds of dollars on food I rarely actually get cash back from offers in the app. It's a marketing scam ! DONT FALL VICTIM.

This app is getting worse over time. And then if you shop online at a different Walmart same day for something that may have nothing to do with an item, you get red flagged for having to many receipts that get automatically submitted without my control due to my account being linked. Ibotta seems to be more of a scam, and they get paid just for consumers using the app. I've learned how to use the app quite well and because I earn over $300 in a month because items go right back on.

worked perfectly the first month, but now the deposited amount is different than the "money made" when you submit. This has happened more than three times now. To submit a ticket, you need 1. the receipt 2. exact amount you're owed 3. barcodes. To get the credit back, you deserve you need to RESUBMIT (3 DAYS LATER) ALL OF THOSE THINGS ABOVE. It's designed to give a great first month and then slowly start giving you less and less where you're ultimately convinced any penny could help now.

Keeps telling you something went wrong when clipping coupons. Then have to close the app and go back in several times to clip some more. Before this the app was amazing.

Never get refunds

I did there prompt the customer service representative gave me $5 when I had over $45 worth of their so called coupons added through- so I guess I'll just get Covid-19 go to the store so I can get my stupid refund!! My account is linked but because I didn't launch the app- which you can't launch the app through Ibotta like you used to and my email is linked through them it doesn't work!! Makes this more frustrating than what it's worth! It stinks because I always used it and the link doesn't work, you can't launch Walmart grocery app through Ibotta- so over all I'm extremely upset with the way they have changed- it's not very quarantine friendly like at all!!
