Enjoyed the paid version when I was using the app and WANTED to pay for it. However , I DO NOT WISH to be continued to be billed!! I have requested for my account to end and STOP billing me PLEASE several times over the past three or four months and yet I am STILL being charged the $10.66 monthly subscription fee!! If anyone that works with iHeart Radio sees this and truly does care about customer satisfaction PLEASE IMMEDIATELY cease billing me and contact me via email or phone. Thank you!!

Good until ads take over. Pause, change device or take a phone call, the adds will continue to play. Only way to stop it is to close the app, and restart once ready to listen again. Hopefully someone will fix this one day.

It stopped working on my Amazon firesticks. Everytime I open the app, it keeps saying there's no connection even though I am always connected to the internet. I can't even get into the log-in screen anymore. I have tried clearing the data, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi and so far nothing is working. The app works on my other devices but I really need it to work on my firesticks. Please fix this issue and then I'll re-rate it with 5 stars.

It seems to have a lot of attributes, however the user experience is cumbersome as well as difficult to browse. The layout is obsoleted and it doesn't seem upgraded really usually. The songs option is quite limited and the radio terminals do not have range. The podcasts section is additionally fairly thin. I would not recommend this app.

App is still good. Don't like the new format. I know it's meant to make things simpler for us, but I don't see any added value. Depending on the subscription, we can add unlimited playlists, great. However we can't search through our own playlists, just on the main database. To me the purpose of creating a playlist is so you can find the song you want when you want it. So we have to spend time scrolling and scrolling trying to remember, oh yeah I saved that about the same time as I saved this.

Great so far. Inobtrusive ads. No bugs found. But selection isn't Amazonian, can't search by podcast episode, or store to SD card.

Lots of complaints on here. App is working like junk since December. When are you going to start listening to those of us who pay your bill's and fix these problems that make it virtually impossible to run your app?!?! No one else has my app information, there is no other device that has this app in my house, why is it telling me after EVERY DAMN SONG (sometimes 2 or 3 times during the same song) that I have reached device limit and another device is listening?!?! Fix your F-ing app!!!!
