I'm am sick to death of trying to book a dam room with my points only to have you fricking people tell me all rooms for this are booked!! If there's an open room in the dam hotel, as a elite men I should be able to get it!!! I stay over 300 nights a year in hotels up until now it was IHG!! Not any more!! Choice and Hilton will be getting my company's money!!! Very disappointed in IHG!!!!

I have been a top tier member since 2014 and have all of a sudden been dropped down a level. I have been trying to reach customer service unsuccessfully. I have also been a top tier member with Hilton for the same amount of time and have gotten treated alot better by them. I am starting to wonder if I should just start staying with them primarily and use your properties as a last resort! As far as the app there are several lacking features compared to others.

Works well if you are booking a room for yourself. If you are booking multiple rooms it doesn't allow you to book multiple room types forcing you to make multiple reservations. This needs some work.

Every year the points decrease in value. I remember being able to get gift cards and multiple nights for 100,000 points and now 100,000 points is a $10 star bucks give card? I'm confused. In 2012 I turned 250,000 points into $1200 of gift cards. I'd be lucky to get $200 now. I'm switching hotel brands.
