The app and website don't talk to each other. The help center is no help with issues! Definitely way overpriced for the convenience.

Many grocery items not listed. I find it a bit cumbersome to use the way it's arranged. I liked the version from a few years ago better.

Waste of time. Spend more time on the app changing items then you would going shopping yourself. Not accurate at all when it comes to timline. Also "Out of stock" on items that are on the shelf (suspected they intentionally skipped items to save time, proved it when I went shopping while they were shopping for my order).

Don't bother with using this app. Instacart shoppers frequently are unable to find half of the items requested and replacements are often poor. Additionally, the app charges extra for each item as a hidden fee. Additionally, instacart pickup is a disaster. The app showed me that my items were ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the store they then said that they were still shopping for items. I waited for over 30 minutes at pickup for my items.

Too expensive, the service fee and delivery fee cost more than a tip. They expect a tip right after all that money. I have no issues giving tip but it encourages people to not tip. You're better off driving to the store yourself. The delivery fee can be covered by membership but even that costs a lot and I don't order from them enough to join. You will always have a service fee though. I think they're going to lose a lot of drivers/customers this way, not good.

I used to love Instacart but now I can't use it at all when I place a order I get a pop up message saying I got lock out I don't know what is up with that impossible to do anything else it's good when it works and don't lock you out when you place a order.

AWFUL. Delayed my order all day. Then said my order would arrive by 10:15pm (the store closes at 8pm). I went on the app to cancel my order, to find that they let a shopper accept the order 10 minutes before store close. They had to refund 2/3 of my order so now I paid delivery fees, tip, and an upcharge on every item just to have to go to the store tomorrow to finish my order. When I called the help line, their suggestion was to reduce or take away the tip from the shopper!
