disappointment
i'm so disappointed in the new system and the amount available batches when it's a busy day and it says it's busy and im suppose to be one the priority shoppers. losing hope in this

I was on the app for 5 hours yesterday, at least an hour of which was attempting to do a checkout at Sprouts (there was something wrong with the bar code at checkout). I made $30 for 5 hours. Today I was on the app for over an hour before I got one trip for $13 and change. UI is overly complex. Training videos are insultingly slow and the quizzes are just as bad. I would not recommend.

I have been trying to sign up using my friend's referral code, however it keeps showing that my email address has already set up an account, but I did not set up yet, so I try to reset the password but it gives me error code 7, and will not let me create a new account or verify my phone number!? How hard is it to fix this? Well it's impossible bc I can't reach a single person to fix it! Now how can I sign up to shop?

App crashes a lot. Also stores that have aisle numbers, should be in numerical order, this would help us cut down on our shopping time to be able to get the delivery to the customer faster.

If you want to be used and abused, go for it. $7 to shop for 3 people. You rely on tips, which don't happen like they should, considering you're shopping for an hour+ . And then when a customer is non responsive & you have to cancel, you dont get paid even though you shopped and used your own gas and vehicle to drive to their house, which is most likely an apartment. When the agent goes to cancel that one order, they'll cancel the whole batch which means you dont get paid at all. Used and abused

Is instacart going out of business? I have updated my app now two or three times in the last month and I still can't login in addition they needed to send me a new card and I never got it... Everything was fine before that.

I do not place 5 stars because it seems to me a mistake that the client can modify the tip to reduce it if they are going to let it be up if necessary for a good job of the driver. Since they are playing with the drivers' time. An order is taken for the value shown at the time not when the order is finalized since lately customers reduce the tip drastically.
