I want a cancellation and refund

I officially signed up by force and trickery and I made an instant cancellation of the BUY package within 5 minutes but the fee was immediately reflected on my bill. I didn't even understand what happened.I was only able to cancel the membership renewal. Please help me want a refund. I had not even examined the application yet, I looked at the monthly 300 TL package I am a member of the message I will not even notice it. I must sadly delete this program as it no longer works at all for me. I have kept it this long as it had a great sizer. Now it no longer works at all. Now you have to purchase it just to use the sizer. No thank you yo $11.99 a month when all I used was the sizer once ever 3 or 4 months. Can anyone recommend a good picture resized?

These people are out of their mind insane if they think im paying to make a collage

I've been using this app for YEARS. since like middle school and im graduated college now. Never in my life have I had to pay to put two photos side by side. These pay features are exploitative, money grubbing, and pathetic. Zero stars.
