I'm not receiving the message my person sends me he's not receiving the messages I send him I want to know why and what's going on it's been over a month? can you confirm if he got the money I sent him being that the email is not working send the email be fixed?

Cannot log in
This app it will not let me login it keeps saying to send a message to fix the bug and I have literally no exaggeration 32 times get no response and have to still not be able to log on then the website won't let me add attachments to send pictures I'm trying to send my daughters father pictures of his new baby

Not sure whats going on but why can't we send pictures 😕 😔 anymore and it's always a issue with something with dealing with this app a glitch a bug AND NO ONE ON YOUR TEAM IS TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM This is wrong on several levels they already get treated like less than in there and now for you guys to treat them just as bad is beyond me ATP this app is just a SCAM!!!!!

The app was good at one point now it has had many issues, now including the fact that i cant even send snap and send pictures and when i log on through a web browser it wont add pictures that way either. Smh

I used to really love this app but now for some reason I'm unable to send pictures through snap and send and attach one to a letter.
