Updated review: as you see they commented on what I said. you would need to close the app and open it back up to see the new balance and this is why I said sucks. Other banking apps do not need to do this. it's an amazing app. literally same as any other banking app. however, it does not refresh itself whenever the balance goes up or down. I can see the transaction that went through but the balance stays the same. you would need to close the app and open it back up to reflect the new balance.

Another bad banking app
They cancelled my bill pay to a creditor because “according to the app” I would have overdrawn my account. It doesn't take into account the direct deposit frequency that shows the money would have been deposited. Now my payment is late by one day. Similar to Huntington's app, the money leaves my account and there is one or more business days before the creditor receives. Where is that money during that time??? You need to take lessons from Citizens where you send a payment today and the creditor receives it the next business day not 48-72 hours.

App Loads infrequently
90% of the time when I go to open the KeyBank app, it goes gray and does nothing. I have to delete the app and reload from the App Store in order for it to work. Ugh.

I have given more than enough time for the app to be fixed. Yet every time I go to use it, it errors out or does nothing at all. Same is true for the website. When I go to the app I need it to work right then not "try again later". I'm sick of the hassle.

Honestly worst bank I've ever gone thru. Problem after problem with ATM machines, online banking, error after error. Would not recommend to anybody.

I load the program, it works for a week or two then a gray screen appears and I have to reload app to see my bank accts??

This app is not working properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It was updated, got that. Since this happened, I haven't gotten this to work. Checks that I deposited are still "pending" after a week. You try to make a payment on another account, in the same app., the screen goes to "transfer" with the talk bubble at the bottom. You hit that and it gives you options list. It just keeps looping back on itself. You can't get anywhere with it. What do you do?

The only issue I have with this app is Zelle has never worked. Irmts constantly showed the same error every time. I'm even being charged a $100 late fee on late rent because I need to receive a payment and the person will only send the funds through Zelle. I'm switching banks because I have no other option.
