Never have problems for years. Now after 3 years suddenly no more purchase on account although everything was always paid and usually even before the due date !!! Customer service tells everyone something different. What a pity

Dissapointed
This is the 3rd time I tried to purchase from different sites, and pay with klarna in 3, everytime the sites give me an error message that transaction did not went through, and obviously I don't receive any e-mail to confirm any order, but klarna takes the first payment straight out of your account, leaving me with no evidence/e-mail for 1st payment and unable to finish order. Rubbish, why is this keep happening? Everytime I have to go to klarna customer support and explain what happened. Seems that in 24h I receive payment back. But got burnt now several times and I stopped trusting this company.

Stay Away!!! Horrible customer service! My reward was used for a canceled order and was not refunded to be used for another eligible item. They said once the reward is used, whether it goes through or not, there is no way to reissue the Reward. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and this is no way to treat customers.
