I have an active account, which I've used a few times. Suddenly, I try to use it, and I need to do a bunch of rubbish to qualify for a loan I have gotten and paid back numerous times

Junk app.
This app is a total joke. It has bugs that prevent an actual cash advance. Wasted several days setting it up only to get “failed attempts”. Awful.

The app makes you do all these tasks to get a cash advance that you pay back and asks for a tip while charging you for it. Awful app.

Used to be a lot better. Takes a lot longer than it used to to earn points. Doesn't give you the ability to just pay off the advance with a debit card. Or really with anything before the due date.

This app does NOT give instant advances. You need to earn points to even qualify for an advance and the ways to earn points are weird and if you do earn enough it takes months just to reach a measly $5! This app is horrible and should be shut down and I'm suing for FALSE PROMOTION

Was never able to link my debit. And, therfore never able to utilize an advance, and the app has no real way to contact support on this issue making this a waste of my money AND time
