The app states you can see your reservations and Rewards info but there is nothing there. No reservations, previous stays, and it keeps telling me to purchase or renew my rewards... I'm really unhappy trying to use this app

This app is pretty good. They have made some improvements that are helpful. The thing I would love to see is being able to see is Once you have made your reservation when you go back in you can't see the cost, your deposit or what kind of site you reserved. This is very frustrating. I don't want to have to call the campground it get this info

KOA App
Once you learn the shortcuts, the app is easy to navigate. Would like to have been able to check my membership status. I think that I paid thru February 2024, but was unable to verify.

New version released February 21 2023 has issues! - When app is opened it crashes and closes! App is currently non usable. I have a Samsung Note 8 so this is not an issue caused by some obscure phone brand.

Have used this app a lot in the past. After a recent update in February 2023 it crashes immediately after opening. It no longer works.

App is useless now that it's been updated crashes right after being opened. Uninstaller then reinstalled and restarted but still crashes.

App won't load. Starts to load then goes back to desktop. I've tried hard resetting my phone, re-installing the app. Nothing changes, it still will not completely load.
