had problems with app. guy was RUDE then silently hung up on me. HE COULDN'T SOLVE PROBLEM THATS WHY. HE SUCKED. I lost 6 hours between trying on my on my own. then calling store talked many but they didn't know how to solve. I'm disgusted. who wants spent 8 hours trying to fix problems

I know that Kroger delivers in my area, but this app is not working for me at all. I created my account and when I get to that part where it asks for zip code (to tell them where I am shopping), it just resets and asks for the zip code again. I really wanted to like this app, but it's useless for me.

This app does absolutely nothing. It's been experiencing "technical difficulties" since i installed it so i have no access to digital coupons, the card number it set up for me doesn't work, it doesn't show the ad or sales, it insists that's It's shipping to some random zip code that since i put my address in shouldn't be there anymore and it shows me only the things that are available for delivery despite me never choosing to deliver anything. Pointless waste of phone space

The entire app needs a redesign. They just keep making it bigger and harder to use. This app will drain your battery age your phone.

My review from 4 years ago still applies. Can't sort, clip and find coupons on this app. ------------ Sorting coupons is very cumbersome in the new layout. It was easier to load the Free Friday Download (for example) several versions ago. I can't seem to find any categories of coupons to load anymore. I'm not a dummy...this thing was better 4 months ago.

Save a lot and delivery is awesome(besides some everyday items that aren't available for delivery, which it doesn't tell you until you checkout)but the app itself needs serious work. It closes and freezes constantly, often has wrong info under coupin qualifying items, doesn't register modified order changes etc. Because of these bugs, I often have to place several orders
