It doesn't work... But it is not strange for me... because Lebara Spain is the worst mobile operator I've ever used. Strongly not recommend it! Almost every month during half of the year we've faced problems during recharges (((. Last 6 recharges (on 2 phone numbers) bring 5 problems - Bonus is not activated - 2 times - Recharge on 10Euro on the account comes 9.98 Euro - 2 times - After recharge, money does not come to account - 1 time. To fix such issues, you must mail them several times.

Fix app log out
I have to sign into the App with email and password every time I run it. Fix that! Al least fix the widget!

Automatic renewal keeps turning on by itself, so I lost money even by clicking and the same turns back on

Wrong charge
I was charged 22,60 or something for wifi usage when my plan is 12,50 with the 50 korting I didn't go over my limit and when I check data usage everything is saying free

Useless. I've just moved to Lebara. Calls work, txt works, data works but this app says my sim isn't registered and tells me to register it. Lenova have already told me it's registered so I've no idea what's going off. When I try to register it in the App it says there is a fault that will be fixed shortly. After 2 days I'm wondering what the definition of shortly is. I can log on via the web site but it's a pain as it won't remember account name etc.

Payment taken twice and not recharged
Taken my payment twice in the last month from my bank account and had not recharged a single penny. Now I had to pay again to activate my account.

I give 1 star because lebara was robbed of £10 last month I bought a package for £10 by card and the system took another £10 from PayPal I wrote to support they were supposed to give me the money back within 14 days but to date I have not received it. If you sort this then I will give 5 stars

Again for days no reception but in debit since you fast .. You're me off!!! And the customer service is also a joke! You can't get any further than the language selection. You click around like stupid on the numbers, but are not forwarded and therefore not possible to talk to someone personally I assume that this is intended, because I'm pretty sure that you will not master the flood of complaints otherwise!

They had a super affordable monthly version of data + calls bundle for just 19dkk (3eur), but now they took it away, forcing people to buy the 49dkk bundle instead even though most people with home wifi don't need that much data and call time.
