It took a lot of work when pairing with LG TV. It shouldn't have been that hard. It works slowly. Slow video loading. Interruptions occur when playing videos. When the program is closed, the sound menu goes from one to one that comes and goes because there is pairing. Volume up and down works, channel switching doesn't work.. I've really cooled down from LG.. I don't know what more I can write.

Absolutely terrible user interface and awful to a device with the app. It just doesn't work after giving it all the permissions and making accounts. Just bid the app. Why make it such a pain for customers?

Cannot login, security certificate error. There is no PC app, so cannot check device through LAN. Will uninstall app, and never buy a connected device from LG again. This software has been problematic from day 1, and sadly is now worse because it simply cannot login at all.
