I constantly receive a notification via SMS about the upcoming delivery of my order - even though I have not ordered anything. I will uninstall the app again because I would never order through this exploitative system anyway!!

Average app, even worse customer service
The app itself is kinda average which I could live with. The delivery times are also long which I learned to live with. But today I ordered food, and simply did not get it. If I go to the help, it just shows me the time it should have been delivered by. Like how does that help me? There's no way to contact any customer service, my money is gone, and I'm just hungry and not in the mood to wait another hour to order from elsewhere. I guess it's going to be a night of frozen pizza and sadness.

Due to a non-payment my Lieferando voucher was used up and I was allowed to pay the full amount on the next order. Apparently, I can't get the voucher back.

Worst app ever
The 5th time I waited more than 90 minutes. Lieferando is and remains the last thing. Often food was forgotten. Probably eaten by the driver. Never again. I wish you go broke forever.How many times have I been promised vouchers, if I got anyone on the phone at all. I would like to give minus 5 stars. I will also advise everyone against ever using this service. Boycott Lieferando much more wherever possible.

Only good in big cities

Unfortunately, the app has become unusable: The stamp cards no longer load and are therefore impossible to redeem, a new registration also does not work and the collected points are therefore also gone. Then you can also order directly from the shops. Edit: That's clear to me, I didn't change it, just the password. So why are the stamp cards still gone? Strange.

Features, content and support should be revised!
• better search activity would be desirable (own price limit, free term search, so you can search for dishes, etc. Nutritional information would also be nice if the restaurants make them.) • often the restaurants use the app only as advertising, as everything on their own websites or when ordering by phone is cheaper • often incorrect delivery times in the ordering process. After paying in advance, the time is much longer and the counting down time sometimes just jumps higher again • sometimes you can still call the restaurants and ask where the food is, because the delivery time is not met • a delivery person became uncomfortable because he wanted to get tips in cash • no support if problems occur with a restaurant

Very bad app! There are constant delivery difficulties because Lieferando does not manage to save the address change. The food tracker is also unreliable. No idea if I can still get something to eat today
