Turin is full of electric scooters with hanging flyers that report a voucher of € 5, following all the steps the voucher does not appear (another person followed the same steps with the same result). Scooters probably work well but this is called misleading advertising.

Very exhilarating not too fast not too slow a lot of vibrations which can be good but understandable using shocks on these devices spring the cost of production higher

Dangerous
These can be hired but turn off when driven 50m in one direction as it is out of area. Cannot be driven on the pavement, but have no indicators to safely drive on the road!!! They also have to be parked in dedicated locations which are no where near where you might want to go. I'm not convinced these are anything other than a gimmick.

There is a 5 EURO 'pre-ride hold' since February 5. More than 10 Business days have gone for you to regulate the situation. Customer Support is a JOKE, have sent a definition of what a 'pre-ride hold' is, without actually solving the problem. You can stop sending emails with supposed "offers" to take away MORE money from customers.

Poor management
My girl could park the skateboard in one place and I did not, we made the same journey and I was charged more money, I will not use a skateboard of this company again unless they reimburse the € 3.50, terrible service
