Bug I reported has been fixed
A while ago I started having problems with the time selector, which was suddenly separated from the date selector and wouldn't respond. It's now back all together and working fine. Thank you.

App not working correctly
Today and recent weeks had constant problems, when searching for tickets the red dots keep flashing around but then the search fails. My phone is on latest firmware, the App is updated my internet is fine either Superfast Wi-Fi or 5G, every other App I have works fine. Please can you resolve. I'd usually give App 4 or 5 stars but recent reliability is terrible. 😕

I can't change my seat reservations, also I was unable to purchase any tickets......when i click on the find trains part it just continually hangs on that part never finding me any trains. 1 other really annoying thing when your trains are late I then can't take advantage of those because I can no longer purchase a ticket online........so the lner staff on the platform let me on the train to purchase a ticket but at a much higher price. Very very unfair as I then can't leave the train.

The worst app ever created
Everything is behind a painful wall where I have to give LNER my personal information, even when I do that it's not enough. Verification steps, bad UI. When your travelling on a train this is the last thing I want to deal with. If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would.

ordering is easy and you can find bargains but often when you travel booked seats are cancelled as they have doubled up trains due to cancellations

Visually, there are some nice touches and a clean layout. The disappointment comes with the connected actions. I registered on the website for a journey alert, this worked well, sending me an email with a link. Sadly, the app, which has the same credentials didn't seem to sync. So I had to search again in the app. Hooking into Google Pay would be super useful, as my credentials could make booking super quick.

Excellent app
One of the best travel and booking apps I've used. Very flexible. The only criticism is you can't book a cycle reservation using it and have to go into the chat function or onto a laptop.

You have to literally log out and back in each time for the journey planner to work. It's a very frustrating app to use :(
