I've rarely seen such a horrible app, constant automatic logouts most often when you are the gate and in a hurry as well as missing tickets, even though the check in was done through the app itself.

The app does not work. No check-in possible and the boarding passes cannot be loaded.

Favorite features all gone now
The most important features for me are gone in the new (beta version) app: Messages, such as baggage acceptance, gate change, which baggage carousel on arrival, etc. which used to be immediately visible, are searched in vain. But more importantly, call-back button is gone... there is only one AI chatbot, which is artificial, but by no means intelligent, and which makes me rather angry.

This new app is completely useless because the profile is not stable. I now had 4 flights and had to log in every time. Fortunately, I had sent the boarding ticket to my email, because it was not stable in the app. Even when changing the functions (miles, flight search) I had to log in again constantly. Unusable app! By the way, my frequent flyer status changed in March23 and since then all my miles are gone :-((

Chek in done, but the boarding pass does not load, it still reports an error and because of that I have to stand in line at the counter tomorrow, even though I only have hand luggage. I uninstalled the app and no change after reinstalling. Horror. Worst app.
