Worst App
it used to be no issues of buying tickets on app.. Suddenly it became the worst app.. I've been charged few times but no tickets.. App or Online still error to buy tickets but still charged few times..

Cannot Sign In
This app is broken. Can't sign into my AMC account, but I can sign in fine on a computer with a web browser. Made me think that my password was incorrect, tried resetting but never got a reset link. Super frustrating that I can't use my account on the app. It's been like this on and off for the past 3-5 years! Fix your app!

Fix bug!
The app charged me for a movie but at the final screen of confirming movie details it read “authentication failed”. Charges show on my card and now I have to wait in line with my kids which defeats the purpose. Please fix.

Terrible interface.
I spent 45 minutes trying to subscribe to A-List Stubs… I'm not sure if the app was down. Or if scheduled maintenance was conflicting when O was trying to upgrade my account. It's completely ridiculous that the app cannot communicate to the user, what the issue is or maybe to a better solution, than to “try again later.” I'm trying to purchase tickets to the new Scream movie. I attempting to enter all of my contact information (which is already saved in the app??) And confirm a method of payment for the subscription…. And all I get is a timed out session and/or a short message that says try again later. Seeing a movie shouldn't be this complicated. I was able to get it to work eventually, but this whole experience is adding more stress to a situation that should be eliciting feelings of joy or excitement. That's the whole reason why anyone would go to the movies, for entertainment.
