After I was sent an email saying I needed to scan my ID, i was told that email was never sent. Which I have proof if was sent, When I asked what information they had for denying my account they would hang up on me and not give me a reason as to why. After calling a few more times my number would automatically be hung up on.. Terrible Customer service, 0 Stars if I could

5 times I tried to open an account, and it could not because the gentlemen could not verify my document, my document is passport, it is valid and I have it in physical by the way, since when I called technical support the lady who spoke with a bored voice told me you have a copy of your passport and I said no, I have my passport in physical, your answer was ok, well 3so does not correspond to me, let me leave that with the people who can help you, thank you very much see you later and hung up ....
