Doesn't really track your bag...app did not say which baggage claim it was arriving. Airport changed carousel... so lost a lot of time waiting patiently. When I finally got it, app couldn't tell if it made the connection. Agent helped, so that was good. App, not so much. Boarding pass worked well, but there were no gate changes.

Lose precheck every time

I lose precheck whenever I fly coshare partner internationally. Then I get sent to regular security. It happened when I used jet blue AND Qatar. BEWARE. Also boarding pass did not transfer to the AS App. Rough trip.

1+ app updates often, easy to find gate information and changes. 2-- the boarding pass once loaded should be accessible offline. it needs to reload everytime and typically it doesn't refresh when needing to scan it at the gate. 3--on board entertainment should be accesible through the app. the current copy and paste method is cumbersome and primitive.

It's ok. I was able to check in and get seats however I am not able to pull up the boarding passes so I still had to print them out when we got to the airport.

Pretty good if you used reg computer to sign up for American rewards. Mobile app has issues signing up. Needs programmers to update also test releases on all types of phones. Even checking terms &conditions is not near check box. Otherwise easy to use locators and see updates on flights.
