notice between exercises
I would like to hear a more definitely sound assigned only for end of each exercise. Then I know a new one is coming up. Thanks.

App says I already completed exercises when I Didn’t!
For some reason the app works on an older model phone, but not on a newer model despite it being fully updated. Secondly every 7 days I get a message telling me I'm all caught up on the exercises, but hasn't done them that day. The first time I figured the therapists didn't want me to do it that day but I was told by them I should 7 days a week. Months later I decided to contact MedBridge. The agent lacked very easy comprehension and even told me they can't even try to fix every issue and will take them as suggestions. She finally told the development tam but told me the next day they couldn't replicate it. Of course not as it hadn't been 7 days. She wouldn't listen to that. A manager then told me I was condescending when it was the agent as well the manager that was as neither listens. He also told me they tried and couldn't replicate it also ignoring that it hadn't been 7 days so of course they couldn't. I had to tell the therapists that I'm doing it 7 days regardless of what the app says. When I finish therapy with them I plan to keep doing exercises for my back, but will look for a better company as these people don't listen and don't want to fix the issue. They've proven to not care whatsoever.

I have had issues with this app for months. It wouldn't work on a new phone that was a better phone than another phone I had. The other issue is every 7 days the app claims I'm all caught up on the exercises even though I hadn't done the exercises on day 7. I emailed MedBridge. Very rude customer service agent who doesn't listen to the problems and gives the development team false information. I was even told they may just be able to take feedback and not fix it. A manager was condescending

I enjoy using the ap, I wish the weekly "enhancements" (added holds, increased counts, etc.) could be reflected in the ap exercises

Awful
When the app mistakenly logs something as incomplete, I cannot change it. What's the point dog using this if the data is inaccurate?

Usability
The app is not user friendly! Ounce you go to the videos, you cannot go back to the list of exercises without exiting the entire session. So you cannot customize the order of your assigned exercises. I do not recommend this app.

It would be nice if there was a pause feature or built in time so you can set up for the next exercise and it not just run into the next. Otherwise it's great!

I don't know how to alter the program. The timer on the video does not reflect the amount of time to hold certain poses. It also does not seem to allow for bilateral stretches. I have contacted my provider to see if she can fix this
