The Meetup themselves are great. It's been an effective way to find activites I like. The app has some annoying features that could be improved. In particular, if you enable any notifications it will suggest a group unrelated to your interests to you every single day. The chat feature is also erratic and it's fiddly to access past events. But overall it has been a positive experience and it does what it sets out to do well.

It won't let me sign up 😂 the most basic thing keeps telling me "There was something wrong, please try again later"...if I can't sign up I can't do anything! Please fix it.

If I could give negative stars I would. Customer service sucks. Keeps giving me the run around when I contact them about the issue. Don't want to fix. Basically ends up telling me I was wrong about the issue when it was working up to Feb 15. I just want the problem fixed and not to have to go through this every 5 months. App offers the solution. Fix the back end to not override users settings.

Can't login just downloaded the mobile app Thought it was my phone so i uninstalled and reinstalled app back, turned my phone off and rebooted and the app still is no good. I have to go online every time. App is useless
