It doesn't always open, sometimes I take three days trying to open it and all the information I need doesn't show up.

I can't sign in to the app after the last update, it removed my password and login, and now I can't sign in. I've already created a new password and I don't have access

Won't open tried Uninstaller and reload .stills updating tools. Been over a week

It's a nice try, but what?!? Stop threatening to sign me out if I don't sync every time I open the APP!!! I hate this app but don't have other easy options to locate new ward members and their contact info if I don't know them. I want this app to work and work well. Please make it happen. Mediocrity doesn't cut it.

This is the very worst app I can imagine. It worked fine for a while. I was able to login and use it. All of a sudden I quit working I could change my password and it was still a wrong password link I can uninstall it, reinstall it erase it reinstall it, it just doesn't work real sad for an organization who price at south of and being able to do things right.

When in the organization menu or trying to look at lists the app just exits. :(

You are not loading the entire directory of members.

I am trying to log in since my kid accidentaly deleted the app. I cant log in til now seems the icon at the top is unclickable. Maybe an update will help. Thanks!

This app is getting better. But there is still one giant issue I have with it. There is no way to text parents/household number of students in a class. As a Primary or Youth leader, I need a way to be able to select a class and email or text the household number listed for all of the members in the class because kids don't have individual numbers.
