Come on Mercedes! Reported connection lost five days ago and was told technical team would be in touch. They have not been in touch. Sounds like identical issue others are experiencing following OIS upgrade. Please get on with it.

For four months now, the app has been stupid even though I have everything updated. It tells me that I have my car unlocked even when it is locked and I can't lock or unlock the car through the app.

Works with the mobile phone usually well, as far as the Vodafone network is available. If the vehicle's internal sim card would go for the Telekom network, the reliability of Mercedes Me would certainly be better. Unfortunately still no version that can be used in landscape format. Difficult to use with the tablet, which is actually always in landscape format on the table. Almost all other apps automatically adapt to the format only Mercedes me does not - weak performance.

Nice app but the functionality is well like that. Can access some things but starting pre-climatization or setting the departure time so heaters start is almost impossible. The account is on 2 different phones and does not work on any.

Issue Still!!
Same issue for several months now. App tells you car is unlocked even when driving. Mercedes have the audacity to charge for these services when 9/10 they never work. Have contacted Mercedes Me team several times now and they tell me it is a known issue they are working on to resolve but it never seems to get resolved! Not happy Mercedes. You either need to sort this issue or stop charging all together for this function

Your smartphone becomes the digital link to your Mercedes. You have an overview of all information and control your vehicle via the app. MERCEDES ME: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey, for example. Use the app to conveniently check your tire pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding unlocked doors, for example. CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes me App you can activate pre-entry climate control and temper your electric vehicle immediately or for a defined departure time. CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the app. This means you can get in and drive off straight away. SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes me App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you. In addition, you can configure Speedfencing and Valet Protect in the app, and receive push notifications in the event of their violations. FUEL-SAVING DRIVING: The Mercedes me App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style. The app also allows you to start the charging process at a public charging station. Use requires an active, free-of-charge Mercedes me account. The functions can be restricted temporarily if there is insufficient data transmission bandwidth. Continuous use of the GPS function in the background may shorten your battery life.
