I'm a little aggravated with this app I pay one payment and for some reason it will run it 3 times it made me in the negative on my bank account and was charged an overage fee because of this i am unhappy fix this bug and I will 5 star you for sure

Can't get a hold of your frad department spent 3 hours trying it's ridiculous to be on hold for almost 40 min and then to be hung up on!!

Every time I tried to log in from the app I am blocked. Invalid username and password when you call for help it took me 2 days to get someone waste of time.

Merrick bank is trying to rob me. Set up changed my due date and set up autopay. Every single month I get a late charge because they don't update their billing. Every time they told me on the phone they would. Now I'm getting hung up on when I call them. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

This is such a difficult app to maneuver. I was trying to make a payment and it said that my password was wrong many times A few days pass abs I get a notification that my my account is past due. So I go back to app and sign in with the same information that I used days before and I was able to get into the app. Great! I choose make a payment and you have two options, bank account or debit card. I choose debit then there is a warning of a $4.00 fee. So I choose bank and that doesn't work

Receive error message, no internet connection, while trying to log in. This is in addition to numerous bugs that prevent log in.
