Took my money. Paid $14.00 for a ticket and end up not needing it. Thought I would've got a full refund but no. They took $10.00 & refunded $4.00. The app do state that will happen but I was moving fast and didn't read it.

New Services
The new service is the worst for me. It's turned into a service where I can't rest comfortably until my destination. I've been riding it for 10 years, but this is too much.😡🥵😭😤😫

Security code every time what a drag
Why do I always have to enter my security code every time I buy a ticket? What's the point of even storing my credit card?? No other app that stores your cc requires this annoying step! It also logs you out all the time for no apparent reason. It doesn't even remember your username. This app needs serious improvement!

Works perfectly when it does but you can't rely on it. I don't always know if I'll be taking a peak or off-peak train and there've been several occasions when the app crashed on me while trying to buy a ticket when I needed it the most... Running to the train!

the chages made by the LIRR on feb 27 to the train schedules are terrible, we payed a bilion dollars for Grand Central to make our commute a nightmare. What am I paying 277$ monthly? to stand like a sardeen on a train that runs 15 min late? LIRR should immediately revert back to their pre Feb 27 2023 schedule andjust add separate service for Grand Central
