Will not let me log in! Have to log in from a different site..please fix..the update is not working

Terrible - down for 2 months now
For 2 months, I've called customer service, sent emails, reached out to Buffalo NY, etc. and they will not fix the app so iPhone 14 users can utilize it.

Deposit
The only issue I have is when depositing a check it is not available the next day without a service charges. Other banks I deal with are ahead of you with deposit available next day. Respectfully

Face Recognition
The app is ok other than the fact every time I go to open it, it never opens with facial recognition even though it is setup. I always have to put my password in.

Mobile banking inop
Good morning M&T, I've been unsuccessful in using your mobile application going on 4 weeks now which is why I'm giving you a poor rating. I'm not a happy customer at this point. I've called twice a week to your support team and I'm repeatedly told your working out the bugs and it should be resolved within 48 hours. Needless to say it hasn't, I have an iPhone 13 And I can log on to the app. All other apps work it's only your app. This is a inconvenience considering majority of my banking is online and mobile based. My app will not load
I downloaded the app it worked for a few days then it stops working when I try to log on back to it all it does is spins like it doesn't do anything. I've been trying this for a few days what is going on with the app? I can't check my account unless log on to my computer. Then it ask me to verify my account more than five times sent me a text messages with verification codes and also to my email. I shouldn't have to do this all the time that was the purpose of me download an app but unfortunately the app does not work so I deleted it. I'll just log onto the computer unless you guys can fix it. Because there's no reason why it just spins and spins unable to load it's very ridiculous

This app always has to be uninstall then reinstalled and then sometimes your mobile banking will work. This app is NOT good at all. I have used another banks app for many years and I never ran into a problem. I got M&T for my work checks definitely not impressed
