Ok it's great and all but if you're on a budget and using this to save just know that they put a $250 hold on your card. I didn't notice the first time because we fueled $407 worth but second time we only needed like 70 dollars why the 250 hold?

I really wanted to use this app as I drive about 3000 miles per week. Sent them all my info & even copy of my DL. App would not let me get fuel at all, reach out for help through the app & they kept telling me they didn't have a copy of my DL. I submitted it again and again over 5 times for them to tell me it wasn't clear enough. I made sure to have plenty of light and the picture was CLEAR AS DAY. They tell me they can't verify me and I'm not allowed on the APP. TERRIBLE support & ZERO explanat

Mudflap USED to be a 5 star, hands down. BUT, I just found out today, they no longer do referral credits. It's only for 30 days for a NEW sign up. I've been using the app since shortly adter they started. First, they lowered the monthly fueling reward credit, and now, the referral credit. I might look in to to one of the fueling cards that other friends have been using. They seem to have lower prices at SOME of the same places, and the referral credit going away makes me mad.

You have no reason to need so much info on anyone and track their expenses and probably spam email and text to other contacts my drivers lic has nothing to do with fuel prices. Then your storing all that info on every person.

No fueling stations anywhere near bay area, CA i would use alot and there are alot of Diesel trucks in brentwood livermore areas of CA I'm constantly looking for updated stations but never do they come out this direction it would be cool if they started

Deceptive! Why after twice using the app do you need to verify your account with sending Mudflap App a picture of your drivers license when they have already taken money out of my bank account? The guy on the phone couldn't answer why. Absolutely not worth saving 5 to 10 cents a gallon. . I would stay away!

Awesome but not worth the trouble
Used this placed 250 hold only purchased 130 the remaining 120 they say they refunded but bank says no so fast forward to the next month still no return still says pending 250. I have spoke to them and my card holder every single day at least once and nothing gets resolved!
