I have unlimited subscription , but it doesnโ€™t work
I have unlimited subscription, i used your app and it was all ok. But after upgrading app, i cant use all digital services in app. What's happened, can you solve the problem?

Ventilation turns on after a time (with the key all OK) The location as well as the status of the car is not updated in real time. May not be updated for 2 days. The car is in motion, and the app shows that it is locked ๐Ÿฅฒ

App interface is good but lacking with the time it takes to work! It takes almost 1-2min just to unlock or lock the car

The app is done well, too bad that the only really useful thing (automatic climate control programming) does not work!!! There is nothing better than getting in the car on cold winter mornings and finding the cockpit already warm!! From the on-board computer you can only program for the next day while from the app there is the possibility to set the times of the whole week !! Unfortunately it doesn't work!!!!!

Not suitable for fleet vehicles
It's sad, I drive a very nice IX40 and can't use it with the app because it's a "fleet vehicle". I'm sorry, but I can't understand this limitation, because other manufacturers are not so closed and continue to provide the operation, the >>>STATE OF CHARGE<<< etc. In the case of an electric vehicle, this is not the case. very, very, VERY much comfort, fun and information lost, too bad!

Remote services without function
Since 2 weeks all remote functions no longer work. Parking heater, etc. Everything reported to support and never heard anything again. Too bad BMW

Takes up lots of space on phone
Why is this taking up 1.7GB of storage on my phone, when it's only taking up 1GB on my wife's phone? How can I make this take up less space?

App with potential but lacks some features
App with Potential everywhere. What is still missing: Siri capabilities to e.g. turn on heating. Possibility to remotely close the windows or roof when determining 'status not ok'. Apple Watch may also have a few more setup options.
