Doesn’t work
Every time I try to use it tells my opps error try again in a few minutes. This goes on for days

Open messages
I cannot open my messages. I tap where I'm supposed to tap. Nothing happens.

app has a clunky feel. The MyChart app used by other systems had much more functionality. online access of this portal is better but still not best. it is impossible to batch delete remote automatic messages, the criteria for selecting your list of doctors is random. some doctors I haven't seen for years are still on my list. others that I've seen within the year are not on my list. if they're not on your list, you cannot contact them directly by message.

Nice but needs work. When I close the app it remains open in the background until I force close it through the app settings.

This app does not help because you cannot ask a general question. The app does not allow my MPOA access

Horrible
Find another care provider if you can. Been using BSW for several years and have never had a pleasant experience. App is confusing to use. Online scheduling is impossible. Everything I've ever scheduled has been canceled and rescheduled for months in the future. Doctor's don't listen to patients. Not worth your time.
