Normally works but way too many updates. Why are there updates? If there weren't any updates and the option to not update would be great. If there is a update you can't use the app to start vehicle when your counting on it and have to take the time to update which for me is usually after I'm already at my vehicle. Irritating. Then it only runs for 10 minutes? My vehicle isn't even warmed up yet. And I need to sign into the app everytime on my locked device? Much room for improvement.

Overall pretty good. I just find it very irritating every time I close the app it automatically logs me out and I have to enter the password to sign back in every time.

App functionality is ok
The app is good to start the vehicle just before you get in but that's about it. My EV car's app allows me to set the temp controls so I can heat or cool the car before I get in. I hope the app gets an update that will allow the same functionality.

very poor application always crash never works when you need it I have 2 months free for the application and after these finished the subscription prices its exorbitant for an application that is very far from reliable I can not believe that GMC does nothing to fix this when more than half of the people I cross with GMC and Chevrolet complain about this problem and comments on the network very very above

Very Convenient App
PRO: GMC APP is great and provides the flexibility and with pre planning scheduling along with the hands free pre-start and navigation system. CON: Navigation “Send to Vehicle” lacks a FAVORITE BAR for saving Home, Work, Shopping or Most Frequently Used Address. This leads the user to keep rewriting addresses. Another is Sending multiple addresses to the navigation system? Overall the app is great.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. It won't let me do password management, it won't let me into shopping sometimes. Errors all the time
