I’m not a robot and am tired of being asked to confirm that
Ever since HEB moved pharmacy into their main app, getting to my RX info is a total pain in the a**. Pharmacy app was great, used Face ID to verify login without issue - super easy. Now? Have to enter username and password (why no Face ID option?) and then have to go through the insanely stupid “I'm not a robot” crap where you have to select all the pics with a freaking fire hydrant or traffic light images that barely bleed over into the next tile. Such a hassle it's unbelievable. Huge step in the wrong direction. Product team needs a kick in the head and a pink slip. Roll this crap back and get it right.

Poor user experience
Please restore the Pharmacy app. The migration to the My HEB app does not provide as good or better experience for pharmacy users. 1. The my H-E-B app does not inform you of a problem with a refill. 2. The my H-E-B app does not have a feed back section contained within the app. 3. Biometric authentication is broken. The app redirects to the H-E-B website where I am forced to enter my password. 4. Overall customer experience with support teams pointing fingers to each other. You can tell they are tired of fielding customer complaints.

Garbage
They deleted my review without trying to address the bug I reported how lazy! The app keeps logging me out can't these people do there job! Why does it log us out sounds like poor programming it happens often!!! Again logged out for no reason want option to stay logged in!!!

Constantly disconnects from my pharmacy account so I can't get to my prescriptions to refill them. Does not recognize bar codes on HEB prescription bottles. It's next to useless.

Frustrating and untrustworthy
What was the point to having pharmacy embedded in this app when I have to logout of my heb account to login to the pharmacy account. Also, my pharmacy login keeps signing me out. Aisles aren't sorted correctly. It's missing many products that are regularly in stock. I don't trust that the app knows what's available and what's not.

Where is Weekly Ad?
H‑E‑B app is very difficult to navigate. Not at all easy for regular customer. H‑E‑B app needs major friendly over haul !

I am very disappointed in the pharmacy portion of the app since it was integrated. The prescription instructions were removed or not accessible, the last date filled was removed or I can't find it. It is no longer a helpful tool. When you choose to see all, it defaults to refill so you cannot click to bring up info on the prescription.

Can’t get the app to work
I never had a problem on my iPhone 7 but when I switch to an iPhone 13 using iOS 16 operating system, I have been unable to get the app to work. When I try to login, all I get is a blank screen and an error message that says whoops. Something went wrong. no other explanation is forthcoming. I have repeatedly deleted the app from my phone, and reinstalled it with no success. I went so far as to remove the cloud symbol from the app which showed that it had been downloaded before. Still no success.

Used to be perfect
With the recent updates, I can't see what products can be used for each coupon. I tap on a coupon and it shows the item is unavailable. At first I thought this was just certain coupons, but it's all of them. I think it's just for my area because if I pick a different HEB location this doesn't happen. Please fix.
