MyQ will not recognize our wifi password. Every other app and device works just fine, except for MyQ. Their only support is a virtual assistant which sends you to unrelated articles. Worst purchase ever!

MyQ is an abhorrent trainwreck of technology. All I want is to use a chamberlain universal remote with my chamberlain opener, and it won't program, even after trying 6 times, following their own instruction video. Avoid.

Loved the app but recently I haven't been getting notifications when my garage opens or closes or when left open which really defeats the whole purpose of why I got to app.

Took many tries to pair to a Craftsman opener. The wifi range from hub to router is short so the hub is in my house taking up a kitchen plug (detached garage). The door sensor makes a terrible alarm sound when closing so i will be disabling that somehow. Biggest problem... the app is not compatible with my android 11 radio in my car which that is the reason i bought this thing (fix that and i will give 5 stars). Today the app wanted me to completely re-setup the hub (lost power or app update?).

The app does not serve to connect never finds the wifi network, before if it served 2 years ago now not
