Nab is closing all my accounts for some reason and won't tell me why. So I am moving banks. All my accounts and home loan.

Review
I just did an adjustment for my origin payment to come out fortnightly. When it said payment now I got confused thinking it would take out money now even though I set it to start 16 March. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars Regards Jan Polley

Nab App
You keep saying it is getting easier. For me it is getting harder I don't understand most of the jargon and icons and I find it all difficult to manage. I need a younger member of the family to help as I just get confused. I try hard to understand but fail miserably.

Basic UI but faulty features. Can't sign up to NAB Now as it always has a technical error. Only way to apply is via the app.

App need’s a huge makeover
This app is so clunky and outdated.. absolutely no visual changes to this app have been made apart from a new app icon and log on screen.. when are you going to start listening to your customers and actually give them a half decent experience? Not sure what your app development team do all day but they sure ain't focused on a new app any time soon. Absolutely pathetic..

NAB does NOT care about you!
The app is pretty good. But this bank does not care for customers. They are severely understaffed. We have a lot of money in this bank, yet they couldn't care less. They take days sometimes to respond. Even a call to the fraud team results in a 20 minute wait. And even then you will probably be put through to the wrong department. Literally! Whoever is in charge needs to resign, immediately.
