Sick of updates
Nothing worthwhile in the newest version but constant updates is really annoying

Update up to get notifications on when money comes in
I'm with three banks and ANZ is definitely behind on a few features. It notifies you when money comes out (when you have done a transaction) but never tells you when money comes in. Can't we add this feature so I don't have to check my account 5 times a day?

The website is my go to for anything beyond money transfers, and even then the app won't save some commonly used transfer names.

Your privacy is no more. App features are continuously non existent. Like the bank, the app lacks improvements and continually asks for more intrusive information without providing any improved competitive advantages. Check the terms and conditions of the latest update regarding what information they now gather from you. ANZ in comparison have the worst app banking features of most banks. They lack any phone support, closed many of their branches and have ridiculously high interest rates.

Embarrassing
Probably the worst bank I've ever been with in my adult life and an app to match. The website doesn't even enforce mfa. No wonder Australia is getting hacked all over the place.

Buggy
Myself and others I know that use this app encounter reoccurring bugs where all recipients would disappear, sometimes not reappearing even after restarting the app. Also transferring money to another bank account seems to be very error prone, seeing how myself and many others have to attempt the same transfer multiple times in order for the transaction to be successful. The most common bug I encounter is the latter :((

Works well most of the time. Suffers in poor reception areas. Every now and then, the program freezes up and has to be uninstaller and reinstalled to work again.

Message support is useless. The "phone us now" number says it's no longer in operation. When I call to verify my identity, it doesn't recognise my phone number or CRN even though I am 100% sure they're correct. If you've made a payment towards a credit card, it doesn't reflect in the balance (it does on the CommBank app, way better). Leaving the bank because it's just a hard experience. The hold music is designed to be torture, it's just 30 seconds of one song on repeat over and over again.
