I am quite happy to use the app. Generally speaking, I find it to be effective and bug free. My real frustration is with facial recognition. It really is poor. I am regularly called upon to confirm my identity when making payments to new contacts by use of it. I'm told to blink, which I do and then it fails. I go over and over this process, standing in front of a white wall to avoid background problems. I take off my specs, & so on. Sometimes it takes 10 attempts to get my face recognised.

Can't pay cheques in. Particularly annoying as it takes you through the procedure then at last moment says sorry we can't process this now. This has been going on for weeks and unless i keep trying it i will have no clue as to whether its fixed or not. You may as well remove this part of the app until it is fixed and stop wasting peoples time!!! Rubbish!!

App is not working. Been like this for a week now. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache etc. Not impressed as it won't let me verify when need to confirm payments.

App itself is as good as any other banking app when you're logged in - which is the problem. The login process and app security does not play nicely with swapping between apps and copy/paste making it difficult to login if you use any half decent password manager and password security (ie you have no idea what the vast majority of your alpha numeric special passwords are).. Sorry NatWest but encouraging people to write a password down just so they can login is not good practice.

1. Need to able to search your account be name of company/individuals. 2. Better support needed in relation to disputes about no goods or service received. 3.All credit cards should come with travel insurance option as standard.

Important things to know 
•	There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be 16+

•	Touch ID and Face ID are only available on selected devices.
