Log in error
This app is junk. I am trying to log in but keep saying the user and password is wrong. The first time it screwed up my credentials (wasn't able to log in in the app or web). After resetting my password and calling their tech support I managed to log in on the web. But the app keeps giving me the same error and I am sure the pass is right. I am only doing this because of the rollover option otherwise I wouldn't bother with an app for longer than 5 mins. Once again JUNK!

Kicks me to the Login screen when sending documents. Forces me to enter password although "Remember Password" is checked. The only way to send documents digitally is through this app and that function doesn't work. Just call and get snail mail for your docs, this app is trash.

just signed up and this is the biggest garbage app. this is a serious investment company but they cant hire engineers to fix that app and make it run like a normal app?!

Total is ALWAYS old info
When I open the app, the current total is always old information. I have to go in and look at positions to get current information. What's the problem people? Just let me open to current positions? Or, let me press an update button on the current total. This app is not competitive with any other financial app.

Black screen
After showing their logo the app just sits on a black screen when it's launched. There are software features they don't have on their site in case their app breaks like this, for example rollover deposit.

App used to work fine. Now it just goes to a blank screen. Installed latest update. Cleared app data, cache, and reinstalled (Android). Would really like to have this working again.

Terrible app, freezes immediately the moment I touch anywhere on the screen in my company portfolio screen. Basically useless other than viewing high-level account balance.
