BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!! App refuses to make a payment. The card is blocked and I can't unblock it for a year now. Constantly being harassed by Aqua 5 times a day on daily basis. Aqua doesn't even deserve a single star... I only want to pay it off and close my account as this is a joke.

Terrible
Terrible company with an app that matches. If you trust a financial institution with an app that looks like this, then god help you. App constantly fails to log you in, payments fail and you have to call them and locate where your payment has gone after it's left your bank and Pay Down plans that aren't pay down plans at all, just monthly interest charges. Scam of company robbing customers with extortionate interest rates.

Beware!!!
Made a payment on their app and it took it twice. As a developer this is a massive fail !!!! The app should be withdrawn until the bug is fixed!!!

Payment option is a bit slow. Takes a few days for payments to show up and it still shows you in the red even if you made your payment on the day or few days before payment is due, your card will also be frozen.

set up my direct debt as soon as I got the card and activated it only to be told later that I had missed my payment because I hadn't set up my payment details...

I give it 2 stars purely because its practically impossible to speak over the phone to an advisor. Not good when there's no option to deal with the problem in the app. And it's impossible to FIND the option to get through to an advisor.

The app won’t download
I've tired to redownload the app several times but it won't download at all. The app stops the download halfway - help!!
