Extra payment for next day delivery. But not delivered by time.

I placed an order with noon on 03/03 for the next day delivery. I confirmed the order and payed extra 14 dirhams for next day delivery. However, the order did not arrive by 04/03 and I contacted noon and was told that the driver call me yesterday, but nobody call me or message me. I suggested that noon change its policy of paying for next day delivery,I am extremely disappointed with noon's customer care service.

Very disappointing

This rating is for Noon food. Disastrously bad service. Placed 3 orders on different days just one got delivered and rest got cancelled even initially accepting the order.
