Dispute? Pending? Now what after two months? Paid it :(

The day I got an undeserved ticket I immediately disputed the ticket via the app and uploaded photo evidence —— nothing. Status changed to pending and —— nothing for two months. So I paid it to avoid further headaches. fail

This app stop functioning with Samsung note 20

Stop functioning with Samsung phone, which by the way is convenient to pay. It's hurtful enough that this god forsaken city is out to frustrate us; please repair this app.

I disputed two tickets and never got a response and the tickets went up every month until dmv sent me a letter saying that if I don't pay the tickets they would send me to the court

Great app, it does what is supposed to do. It's not a good feeling to pay tickets, but it can get worse when you have to spend time to commute and to wait in line for it to get the ticket paid. This app doesn't send you any notification or any information on the details tab of a hearing being processed or if it's held. It doesn't show you in the details tab anything about penalties or specification of when and why was the penalty added. You got to check online to find out more specific stuff...

Payment method not working well

Payment method is not working well, I tried all 4 payment methods and they all stuttered and did not proceed to complete the payment without issues. Also, before downloading the application I was not sure if this Application was legitimate and felt like a 3rd party application that was not fully debugged yet. The city needs to continue refining this solution.

Useful (when it works) — but lots of glitches

The app is great if you only search by ticket , if you do a license plate search it will pull of tons of tickets unrelated to your plate — in addition to those actually belonging to you. So you need to weed through everything. There is 0 technical support to help resolve.

“NYC Pay or Dispute” is New York City’s official mobile app to securely pay or dispute parking and camera violations. You will be able to do the following:
· Pay tickets by credit or debit card or through your bank account (eCheck). No Fee applies when paid using eCheck.
· Dispute a ticket immediately using your device’s camera to upload evidence.
· Search ticket(s) using violation or license plate numbers.
· Save tickets you have previously searched for.
· Save license plates and billing information on your device.
· View payment history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· View dispute history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· Receive receipts by email and/or text.
